The ADJ WMX1 is a cutting-edge, hands-on lighting controller for professionals who want to craft stunning light shows with ease. Designed for standalone operation, it doesn’t require a computer, allowing users to manage and control their DMX lighting setups directly from the device. Featuring a user-friendly 4.3" capacitive touch screen, the WMX1 provides fast access to an intuitive menu for fixture setup, addressing, and grouping, along with precise real-time control for dynamic effects. The controller comes pre-loaded with over 3,500 fixture profiles, with access to an additional 15,000 through the WTOOLS app. It supports up to 680 fixtures, 50 fixture types, and provides three distinct FX engines—Color, Move, and Beam. Each FX module can be individually customized and applied to up to eight groups of fixtures. Its robust processing capabilities, including a 220Mhz CPU and 8MB RAM, allow for complex light shows to run seamlessly in real time. With its versatile connectivity, the WMX1 includes both 3-pin and 5-pin DMX output connectors, and the option to add up to three additional DMX universes. The internal microphone and line-in jack allow for BPM sync with live music, while its auto-recovery feature ensures no project data is lost during live performances.
